I’ve never had a bad experience in the Matawan office, but the Freehold office is so rude. From the moment you walk in to the front desk, it’s a what do you want attitude. Take a number, take a seat. This happened to me twice at this office on a Friday with the same secretary. I’m later called in by the ultrasound tech & she never greeted me with her name or explained what was happening. You people are the worst. Your doctors are great but your nurses and receptionists is just horrible. You guys mistreat everyone. You are all so rude to every single person. You guys make mistakes all the time with prescription, never return messages, never pick up the phone. I really don’t understand how you guys are in business still either the amount of horrible reviews you guys get number 1 and number 2 the clients you lose. Don’t ever go to the place stay far away!!!
Rude and nasty, I had an appointment for the first time, waited and waited to be seen I finally asked what was going on and they told me the doctor was in a procedure. Why schedule me then? And not only that, have me wait like I have all hours in the world? They basically sent me out the door, didn’t even offer for me to go to their other locations. I will not go back to this office, maybe the other locations have more sincere secretaries
The nurses and receptionists in this establishment are absolutely disgusting and ill mannered. They have lost my file countless times when being seen in this office. After having surgery with a doctor in this establishment I was told I've never been seen by a doctor with them before. On times they have found my file and I signed a release form to obtain a copy of it they have denied me. I have had a nurse hang up on me. This establishment has the worst associates.
