Wanted an experience that had food for different people. After reading the reviews we surmised that food choices were the key and we were spot on. The hot & sour soup was just as good a flavor as our favorite home takeout. They only missed on the big tofu addition but still respectable. i had a good experience at wonder Harrisburg. my order was worth it, and i'd definitely come back again!
They should call this place "Salt" because some of the dishes tend to be a little too salty. For example, we could not finish the baba ghanoush and the Mediterranean steak wrap was too salty as well (first visit). On the other hand, the short rib was among the best I've ever had; quite delicious along with being a great value at 32 bucks. Today we got the onion rings, chicken tenders, and cheeseburger. This was so much better than I expected! First, let's start with the hostess, Valeria (I hope got that right). There is nothing more she could have done to make us comfortable or feel more welcome. She patiently helped us through the ordering process, since it was our first time. When we asked 1000 questions, she readily answered them or went to get the answers she didn't have at hand. What a great concept! It's like a food court & food truck convention with one place to place your order without sending everyone in different directions. I was invited to the soft opening. Ordered a safe go-to salad, Thai Peanut Salad from Royal Greens, and something new to try, Sweet Potato & Feta Salad from Yasas by Michael Simon. I wanted to save one for tomorrow's lunch.
