Their customer service was outstanding! I placed an other but forgot to add the 25% discount code. When I explained my problem to the guy he asked his manager and they said yes no problem we will credit your account. The Manager, Kyle, not only gave me the credit for the coupon code but he added another $10 credit to my account for my troubles. That guy understands what customer service is all about! Plus the food is always perfect and flavorful! I am a full-on regular!!! thank you Wonder Natick

Here's our rule. Always use the discounts and only order food you could not get from a good local restaurant because that is who, in the end, we want to support in Natick. That said, we have not had a bad item. We've had a couple of average servings and a few really good ones. They were a few mins late one night on a dish and sent us a discount. The poke bowl is amazing, I could have it every day and it's a big portion too! Their bbq food is also great! Everyone was nice and helpful while I was picking up my food. It's not a big restaurant but it's nicely set up. I still prefer the takeout option though :)

As I expected, this is like a small college cafeteria experience. They have international dishes but its not 4 restaurants under one roof. Its one restaurant that makes a handful of dishes from around the world. There is very little seating too. The only reason it will work out is because this particular plaza has no Italian or Chinese food option, the Thai restaurant is a few blocks away too and the Chipotle is overcrowded

Staff is very nice. They carry a lot of the stars in my review. Easy ordering experience. Food was ready ahead of projected time. Overall, food mid, cleanliness meh, staff great. Location opened very recently here in Natick taking over the former Anthonys coal pizza place which was huge. Given there is only some seating that means the kitchen must be huge. The quality control here is terrible. Most people know the food is mostly pre-made offsite, so it's not going to be amazing. But the problem is the ridiculous mistakes. One time I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came with 6 tiny pieces of pepperoni on it. I think someone confused "6 oz." of pepperoni with "6 pieces". And today, I ordered hot & sour soup and only got broth! No mushrooms, no veggies, no tofu. Just broth! How bad is the quality control there that mistakes like this are allowed to happen?

It seems like a good idea especially if ordering takeout and everyone wants something different BUT the quality of food is a fail. The pictures online (see comparison) look nothing like you actually receive. The food tastes microwaved and bland.
