What a great experience. The place is huge and has a lot to offer from touch tanks to interactive stuff forthe kids. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't any signs that said what we were looking at in the tanks. In some areas they had large iPads that showed the different fish
My grandfather would take me to Wonders of Wildlife when I was younger, many years ago before they reconstructed it. Yesterday I went with my husband and it had surpassed my expectations and blew us away. I work in the wildlife/conservation field, so to say it was a real treat for me is an understatement. Amazing! My whole family loved it. If we lived in Springfield we would get a membership. Well worth it.
There are no words to describe WOW! It's a MUST see to understand! Aweing, spectacular, breathtaking .......those words don't even come close to describing it.
This place truly is a work of art, the exhibits are beautiful, the aquariums are breathtaking, I particularly loved the jellyfish exhibit. The only real let-downs were: 1.) What promises to be one of the "coolest" live animal exhibits in SWMO was not yet opened and the few staff I spoke to seemed to have no clue when it will be completed; and 2.)
