RecommendedThe museum was a wonderful experience. There’s a lot to see and enjoy. There are different types of animals and a very nice hug aquarium.

RecommendedWe visited a little over a week ago and came across some of the finest examples of customer service. The first was Chris at the ticket counter. I won tickets as well as purchased shark dive tickets, however I didn't pay as close attention to the info as I should have and wasn't in the right place to pick up my tickets. Unfortunately, that building was closed for the day. Now, they had every right to say "Sorry, you should have picked them up here. Can't help you." But, no. RecommendedI was there with my daughter, son in law and my almost 5 month old granddaughter today. It was the first time for all of us to go. We were truly impressed. My granddaughter was so mesmerized by all the fish, especially the octopus. When she saw it she was bouncing up and down in her daddy's arm and reaching for it. The octopus out on quite a show for us, it kept crawling all over the glass in front of us. We will definitely be returning and are planning on buying the yearly pass.
