Defiently a cool aquarium, especially for being in the middle of america. I've traveled around and seen several other aquariums, and some possibly better. LOVE it! We visit this place so much we ended up buying season passes and know some of the employees by their first names. Love the immersive environment and adore the animals!
The aquarium is awesome. I highly recommend a visit. But plan a full day to be sure time to enjoy.
Had second thoughts about the price for the combo package to both the wildlife and aquarium exhibits. For two seniors it was a little over $70. We were there about 4 hours and there so were many things to see! I feel the price was not a bad deal. Wear your most comfortable walking shoes, because it’s a good hike to go all the way through the exhibits. We will likely go back at some point.
Great! Amazing! Just came back to Belleville, Illinois from visiting with you on Monday. It was just fantastic - can’t rave enuf about it. Well worth the 3-hour drive. I will be sure to recommend it. My daughter is curious about bringing her 12-year old non-verbal autistic son, whether or not a wheelchair would be recommended. He LOVES water and we think he would love this.
This was such a wonderful experience. The pictures do not do it justice
