Me and both of my kids had a great experience. We all loved it and look forward to coming back again.
I will say that the whole thing was very spectacular and We enjoyed it immensely. If you have trouble with your mobility they do have scooters for the handicapped at $20 for the day. Thank you Mr. Morris
We traveled all the way from Kalamazoo, Michigan & we will be back! This is a fantastic family friendly wildlife exhibit & breathtaking aquarium. For us the cherry on the top was the staff. Particularly the older staff members. They made us feel so welcomed and all had great stories to share about their section. Thank you!
Felt as large as The Smithsonian. One will see something new on every visit! I loved all the Fine art oils at the beginning and could stay in that part for hours!
My family visited the museum this weekend, and it was wonderful! Even my 2 year old was entertained the whole time! We were in the museum and aquarium for about 4 hours, but could have spent the whole day! The only thing I felt could be different, is maybe a few more signs telling what some of the animals were in the museum part, along with some history... but it was still spectacular. I am Definitely going to look into getting a membership!
We went to the aquarium and we were nicely surprised. It is a bit pricey but it is well done. They do offer Military & Sr discounts, also AAA discount. It was a little crowded from place to place but not bad. Handicap accessible & plenty of restrooms. Small Cafe & refreshments available for sale. One of the things we felt were missing was some labels and info on some of the creatures. The self guided tour takes a couple hours so be sure you have time to enjoy it.
What a fantastic place for this part of Missouri or USA!
