The management was amazing and the food was great!
Had reservations for dinner. The appetizers at Wonderverse were delicious. We got fried pickles and mac n cheese balls. My Thai chicken tacos, not that great. And our dining service was terrible. Got seated and it took a long time to be greeted by our waiter. Also took a long time for us to get our bill at the end. My husband had to get up and walk to the hostess and ask her if we could pay up there? Because we haven't gotten a bill and were sitting there for a long time. The games are expensive. It was OK. I expected more. The food was just ok nothing special.
Visually stunning and very fun for kids. All the experiences are really cool, but expensive. I knew going in I would drop a lot of money for the experience so I was ok with that. The food is insanely overpriced and it’s the worst service I’ve had in a very long time. The waitress tried to constantly upsell us instead of focusing on giving us service that matches the price point. The food was okay, new ways of doing things for sure. But the service was okay. I think for what they charge it would’ve been a bit better. I think they just need to work out kinks.

The ambiance was amazing with the lights, decor, music, bars, and furniture. Interesting drinks and great food. A little expensive, but worth it. Our server, Dominick was fantastic! We made sure to tip him well. My friends and I will definitely return. Just keep in mind that there are strict time limits on the tables, so plan accordingly. It's understandable, since crowds were waiting to be seated. Reservations are recommended.
Overall, the experience was nice! The activities are a little short and relatively expensive, but we had a great time. The Jumanji game was awesome - it was our favorite!
