One of the best apartment communities to live in the Schaumburg area today. Given the current state of economy, Woodbury place is one of the most affordable to live in. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years, it is a nice place to live. The staff in the leasing office are great to work with. When I have had to put maintenance request in it is responded to within 24 hours.
This place is awesome! Susanne, Tom and Lindsay in the office are amazing and always go the extra mile to take care of their residents. The maintenance staff are always super nice and willing to help in any way they can. All in all, a great place to call home.
I have lived here for almost two years and they have never solved my leaking problem. I have already thrown away two pieces of furniture because they fill up with mold and no matter how many maintenance requests are requested... they never solve it!!! they always find a solution that within a week... the ceiling has mold and I WORK IN DEMOLITION AND I HAVE MY MOLD COURSES, they tell me that there is no mold and they want to solve it by just changing a piece without cleaning it in depth!!!
