I had a horrible experience with a whole house power washing job. I wish I could give a zero star. After speaking to staff in detail about NOT using bleach on my siding, I was assured that they would not use bleach. I went out and discovered the guy was using what I believed to be bleach, on the front and he acted like he did not know anything about that he was not supposed to use the bleach. I have used Woodfin for years. Service techs are very good, but lately office seems to have gone down in service for customers. They are expensive. When ******************** system broke, got qt for over 10k for new system. I got it replaced by others for less than half. They double charged me for a propane delivery the other week. When I emailed them, brought it their attention and requested refund to my credit card, instead they gave me account credit. I can't select no stars, which you deserve.Let me start by saying, this has nothing to do with the technician that performed the work and my house (he was great) and everything to do with Woodfin Heating, **** Your prices are absolutely ridiculous! Yes, I saw the quote, yes, I approved the work to be done, but after doing a little research and found out just how much you inflate the prices, I'm appalled. This is an update to a favorable (so I thought at the time) review I gave earlier today for a heating svc performed by Woodfin. The technician ***** told me that my unit would more than likely need to be replaced & scheduled a sales rep to come tomorrow am to quote me a new unit.
