**** did a GREAT job! He stood out in the pouring rain/tornado watch at my breaker box until he was able to find an obscure problem in the generator transfer switch that was causing all the problems! He got my electricity back on for tonight until a full repair can be made in the morning! Such a nice, and very knowledgeable, gentleman!
