Verified Renter We have been here for 6 months and we are satisfied with our decision to move here. There are some adjustments we had to make and we need frequent sprays from the exterminator. Our tubs have been peeling and need frequent attention. The apartments are definitely older.

Verified Renter Woodhaven community is good and quiet neighborhood. They have a lot of fun family events every month that make the experience here enjoyable. Location is also great as it is central to both Merritt Island and Viera.
