RecommendedThe staff is the absolute best! They’ve been taking care of my baby since he was just a wee little lad. They are kind, caring, courteous, and super friendly. The compassion they showed when we had to say goodbye 😞😭 to two of our babies was touching. They really want what is best for your fur baby. Very responsibly priced as well.

RecommendedDr. Jones and his staff have been taking care of my fur babies since 2015 (maybe earlier). I first became familiar with Dr. Jones when he was at Neel’s. Dr. Jones and his staff take excellent care of my two cats. Dr. Jones is gentle and respectful, and he listens to me because he understands I know my animals better than anyone else. The partnered rescue does do a lot for animals, but this clinic has been horrible and so has my experience adopting through them. The only decent thing about this clinic is the ease of being scheduled. I have fostered for them and currently do so needless to say; this pains me to write. Their vets are likely paid based on their patient “sales” which encourages them to price gauge clients. It’s massively problematic and this why it is banned for human medicine. I took my dog to an Emergency vet last night and was told she should be seen by her regular vet the next morning. I already had an appointment scheduled at Woodlake for 11:30 AM. I was up and down all night with her, managing her symptoms and preparing for what I knew was going to be the end of her life. Woodlake picks and chooses who they give meds to without seeing a vet. Also A lady brought my puppy to Woodlake without my consent. Woodlake treated the dog without my consent and billed the lady for meds. The lady decided to call me and tells me my dog needs to be Euthanized. When I call to give consent they told me that they’re going to bill me 124 dollars and not the lady that brought the puppy I told them that I will come pick her up because they’re not my vet and my vet charges 16 dollars.
