Very friendly, clean etc. A little hectic the day I was there, several dogs coming and going and my dog doesn't always like other dogs so made me little nervous. First visit for us.

Dr. Jones saw Brandy right away when my husband took her in early on a Saturday morning without an appointment. Her diagnosis and treamtment of Brandy's issue was right on target and she called later to check on Brandy. Dr. Jones and her staff are awesome.
My dog has been undergoing acupuncture with Dr. Jones for a pinched shoulder nerve for a few months now. He's off any meds. and seems pain-free -- if only he didn't think about the treats at the end so much!! Everyone there is friendly and caring, and this convinced me to switch my entire menagerie over to Woodlake Animal Hospital.
All as expected. Competent caring attention for both our dog and myself.
As usual, excellent service and excellent care. Thanks to Dr. Jones and staff for taking such good care of my furry baby!
