My husband and I have been twice, both times the staff was friendly and professional, hygienist was thorough and felt comfortable with the assessment.
I have been a patient here since early 2022, and is always a welcoming atmosphere and they take the time to get to know their patients. It makes me feel like I’m not a number. I would like to give a shout out to Jade for being gentle, caring and thorough with my cleaning and to Dr. Cheryl for taking the time to listen to what I have to say. I will definitely recommend this facility!! 🙂
I have been coming to woodland for a couple of years and I absolutely love it! Caring staff, clean facility. If your looking for a dental office that will take care of your smile visit Woodland!
Contrary to other reviews the office staff was horrible and rude very unprofessional. I went into my appointment with a toothache. Told hygienist and Dr. Cheryl exactly which tooth was hurting. They verified with X-ray that tooth was showing infection but insisted that another tooth with a very small chip was causing the pain and then sent me home with toothache telling me they could schedule a filling for the wrong tooth in 2 months. Had my first appointment here today, the entire staff was amazing! From checking in, to the appt, and scheduling my next visit. Let's face it, the dentist isn't exactly everyone's favorite place. Here I felt safe, listened to, and very well accommodated.
