Terrible management. The amenities are never available. They claim they have two pools but one hasn't been opened in years. The parking is terrible. I saw someone get hit by a uhaul. Lastly they never spray for bugs so it is terrible in the summer. Don't live here.
So bad that I didn't rent there Not sure if any of you will find this helpful but, here's my experience: I am not a resident at Woodland park but I was considering becoming one. We had a very nice visit with an office staff member who gave us a tour of the model that was connected to the leasing office. Do NOT recommend to Stay...!!! The new management doesn't deserve 1 star even. Its was a nice community to live. I lived here for 3 years and had to decide to move out of this community due to the new (mis)management. Internet & TV service is awful. Never got the promised speed. They mandated it with a single vendor who has got monopoly and doesn't even care about your pain and no intention bring up their service quality. Bad place to rent I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this property. I am a former resident and I moved out more than 2 months ago and I have not received my security deposit back yet. Repeated attempts to contact someone in the leasing office does not get you anywhere. So far I have no explanation of what happened to my security deposit.
