We chose your store because you have a great in-house interior decorator consultant, Amy Esch. She was very helpful in choosing furniture we liked and did not try to push us into anything we didn't want. The delivery (first shipment) was timely and the workers were very polite and careful. The furniture looks great and feels great so far.

We have furnished most of our home with furniture and accessories from Woodley's. We have found Woodley's carries quality products and the service excellent. They stand by their products, helping in any way they can. We just had a bedroom set delivered last week and the footboard of the bed had a small nick in it. They took care of it within days. We will continue to go to Woodley's for our furniture needs.

Starting with the sales experience - Excellent. Sales/Design Rep was very knowledgeable. Never pressed but was a tremendous asset when it came to understanding fabrics & patterns. Delivery experience also - Excellent. Courteous, professional and prompt. Customer Service - Best in the business! A few months after we took ownership, the seat cushions started getting spongy. We ordered a new mattress for our guest room, and the delivery fellas not only took away the old mattress, but they helped me put the dust ruffle on the new box springs before putting the mattress on top.

We love our new furniture and the delivery staff was helpful and careful when settling up. Woodley"s has a large selection of high quality furniture with several styles to choose from and the sales staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back.
