"nice and friendly" Leroy was our salesman. Typically a used salesman. We were wandering around between the two area and he came up to us. We liked him as much as we can like a salesman, no offense to him at all! I think I knew more about the Titans. No harm in that, I knew what I was looking for. He see tons of cars.

"Excellent customer service" Sometimes the best test of customer service is what happens when things go wrong. Things went wrong with my car through no fault of the dealership, but they bent over backwards to take care of me and make everything right. I received empathy, care, and solutions. I was very impressed and will be going back.

"Will be back for another vehicle" Conner O'Brien-Hatfield is a great sales manager, as soon as we met he was helpful with all my questions and concerns regarding a certain vehicle. He actually showed me the vehicle I ended up financing and I couldn't be happier. There was a miscommunication between him and the used car management the morning I financed the vehicle but it all got straightened out. I will be back during the spring time for another vehicle and look forward to working with Conner again.

"Fast and friendly " I went with a car in mind that I had found online. Leroy was awesome from the start. Helped me find the car and never pressured me to look at anything I didn’t want to.
