"Used Juke great car" I am rating this review as 5 stars for the new car sales and service department, but give the used car sales a 0 star. I have purchased 4 Nissan vehicles in the last 6 years, and want to say that the used vehicle department is a joke. What a difference between between the new and used sales departments . "Serviced since 2013" Jason is the best Service Manager to come along since Rodney. He leads the team with ideal professionalism and profound customer service. He's always there to help me get safely back on the road. I only service at Woodmen Nissan where Chris & Delaney <3 make sure my car is to the factory specs. "Absolutely Amazing Customer Service! " Travis & Patrick were awesome! They went above and beyond to help us get into the truck we wanted. This was the 2nd truck we purchased from Woodmen Nissan and I'm sure it's not the last! Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable staff and some of the friendliest. They really know how to take care of their customers.

"Excellent service" German was great over the phone and met me when I got there. Made is very comfortable in the waiting room with water and a snack. He came to get me when it was all don’t and explained everything. He even pulled my car up for me bc I was on crutches. That meant a lot to me. Great customer service.

"Quality with integrity" Initially, I was unimpressed with Woodmen Nissan after being sold a car that was defective within the first three months of owning it. I contacted the dealership and was switched out a newer, better car that has yet to disappoint. Overall I was impressed at the level of care for the customer that goes with their work ethic
