First off, our salesperson was very willing, open, friendly and personable. Had everything on his end ready to go, knowing we had a long drive back home. The dealership however was time intensive, finance was a long wait. We have a car now with only one working key (fob won't work even with a new battery and no fob or second key was offered, we asked and were given the typical "we'll see what we can do" response.) We were also told (we didn't ask) we'd be given at least a quarter tank of gas (we bought a large suv), however ... read more
