Went in looking for a used Juke. LeRoy and Roger went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted at the price that would work for us. this dealership's sales staff left me very disappointed. From start to finish, I had the feeling that all that mattered was to get a vehicle sold and off the lot. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted. I don't consider myself a "difficult" customer and don't need all the schmoozing. But, I would have liked to feel that these guys were really interested in making me happy with them. Steph Phillips and Jamon Hughes were a pleasure to work with. Customer friendly, answered all questions throughly. We felt welcome and appreciated. We will definitely be back to do business with them again. Steve McDowell the Finance Manager was also great. We were in and out in less than 3 hours.
Purchased a 2016 Nissan rogue, but only after driving and looking over several other vehicles. Audie was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Any question I had, he found an answer for.
