We went there last week (Saturday, 13 January 2018) to purchase a vehicle for my nephew. The sales man, Leroy, was exceptional. Very patient and showed/suggested vehicles within the established range. The problem came at the time of negotiating with his manager, Harley. This young man is not only disrespectful, he is also a liar. After agreeing to replace the wheels, he wrote on the "we owe you" sheet that a repair was owed to us. We buy a lot of cars, unfortunately I've had many negative experiences with dealerships and their sales people. Not here though, we worked with Patrick and couldn't have asked for a better experience. My wife refuses to talk to the salesmen but he made the process comfortable and smooth. If you are looking for a car I highly suggest going in and asking for Patrick. He asked us how we would like to work the process. I have never had a car new enough to require dealer service and had to get mine towed here for a recall (steering column lock, 09 Altima). All I knew of dealer service departments were the nightmare upsell stories everyone hears. I worked with Tanner in the service department and he was straight shooting and honest from the get go. Said symptoms sounded like recall issue. Recommended good towing companies, even. He told me they should be able to get to it the following day, and they did. As a single woman, I was dreading buying a car. Having visions of used car salesmen dancing around in my head, I fully expected to be taken advantage of, so I had my guard up. This was not the case at Woodmen Nissan. My car salesman, Donnie Broadhead, did not fit the stereotype of a used car salesman. He was a kind southern gentlemen who really made me feel at ease. I had the opportunity to work with Seth Edwards, Raymond Cervantes, and Jamie Zigler on the purchase of a 2017 Frontier Pro4X. They made me feel very comfortable and were all very knowledgeable on the products they represent. They introduced me around to the service and parts folks that i would be dealing with in the future. I have only dealt with the service department. I have never been dissapointed even when they only had bad news. :( I appreciate their honesty and not trying to take advantage of you. I will definitely keep taking my business to them..
