Bring yo own sheets The bed was lumpy, sheets dirty, and the room overall was dusty. I booked for 7 nights so I wiped things down myself. The seating supplied for the workspace was insufficient. It was a banquet hall dinner chair, not an office chair shown in the pics. The pics also showed a sitting chair which had clearly been removed from the room.

The staff is amazing We’ve stayed in many hotels in this area visiting the parks, and I’d have to say the customer service. The front desk personnel was amazing here very accommodating, very professional, very understanding and definitely made our trip feel that much more comfortable.
Great hotel for cost We really loved the hotel and will be back. No complaints whatsoever .
