We called at 6:15 pm to have a pizza delivered they said it would be 2 hours, so we opted to pick up and asked how long for pick up, they quoted us 40 minutes. Husband got there at 7 (45 minutes after) when he arrived to pick it up they said they hadn’t even started it yet and it would be 30 more minutes. It is now 8:15 and we still have no pizza and my kids are now eating cereal, we will not be using Woodstock’s to feed our family ever again, what a shame I could have had then fed and in bed if we weren’t lied to how twice ... read more

Long wait and the worst customer service. I'll never go back.

Neither are what we want to see, and I hope you'll forgive us. We truly want to improve, but we are struggling with an unprecedented labor shortage due to the supplemental unemployment benefits and rent forgiveness. I’ve been a patron of Woodstock’s since 1992. This is the go to place for my family of 7. Tonight I had my first disappointment. Waited over an hour while I waited outside for our medium size pizza to be ready for dine in. Everyone else around us getting their food. Was offered a 50% coupon for our wait, but seriously over an hour before anyone came to say anything! My husband had to inquire twice before anything was done or offered. Seriously disappointing. ☹️

Today I went there to enjoy a meal with my child and friends kids. Everything was going well until I returned from bathroom. I suddenly return to a guy asking my friend and I to leave or he’s calling the cops. I tried asking what happened but the girl standing next to him wouldn’t say. All I know was that she coughed and they accused her of corona virus. And my niece was screaming and crying and so was my son.

We loved Woodstock’s pizza before and were so excited to try out their new location. We went with a party of 5 on Saturday. Our breadsticks were overcooked and our pepperoni pizza had crust that was so thin and soft our pizza was floppy. Hopefully it’s just a glitch of reopening and they’ll return to their old amazing pizza ways

Trying to charge $25 for delivery..... where you've delivered multiple times...i guess 6 miles is just way out of the way.... well just lost multiple customers....

What a disappointment . Stood in line for a half an hour. They only had one of the beers listed on the FB event available and they were not half off!
