Established in 1986. It was 1977 when Chuck Woodstock opened the first Woodstock's Pizza near Oregon State in Corvallis, Oregon. His goal was to create a fun, student oriented pizzeria that dished up amazing pies using his grandmother's marinara recipe. From the beginning he focused on fresh, hand-tossed dough with a unique folded-over crust with sauce inside. The absolute BEST PIZZA EVER!!! I enjoyed my share of Woodstock's Pizza during my college years. I now take my family back when I can. It is a bit of a drive for us, but we find any excuse we can to head that way so that we can enjoy it!

Woodstock's is a popular college pizza joint with big pies and beer. If you're into sports or gathering with a big group, this is a good choice. The pizza is more of the American style with a bread-heavy crust. I'm not the biggest fan of this style, but it's satisfying under the right circumstances.
