After waiting 1.5 hours for our $40 delivery the food was cold! So naturally I called and was informed they have no way to guarantee the food will arrive hot or even warm, huh? We are a total of 4 mins away from the restaurant! Have you not heard of warm/hot bags? Get a clue and better customer service!!!!!

overpriced, long wait, food was ok.
We ordered a pizza with a good amount of toppings and had it for delivery. The pizza was “Made” And delivered in less then 30 minutes. The problem with that is the pizza was raw in the middle. The tipping weren’t put on the pizza with any kind of idea on how to layer a pizza. It looked like they Threw the toppings on and tossed it in the oven. I wish I could give 0 stars. We had terrible and disrespectful customer service. It was graduation weekend so as expected, Santa Cruz is busy so my party made a reservation. Despite having a reservation, workers pulled the table from us even although we were not finished- in order to accommodate for another large party that didn’t seem to have reservations. What happened to your quality? The crust was tough in you pizza and dessert. Your toppings are also skimpy. I think they want us to spend more on toppings but it doesn't explain crust. This has been my only pizza place. No more

Waited for an hour for carry out. There were 2 guys that seemed to be the only people among a staff of about 30 that were actually doing anything. These guys were doing there best while others just wondered around doing not much of anything. Poorly managed!! The food may have been good if handled properly.
