You can always rely on recieving horrible customer service here.. And usually by a freshman college chick who just moved to san diego and hates her job... Pizzas good but overpriced

Worst service ever. Waited 1 hour for my pizza and the order was never put it. Never coming back. I would 0 star if possible.

Trying to order over the phone, I had to repeat my phone number 4 times before they got it right. I asked for a pizza on the menu, but they said they don't know what I'm talking about. I explained the ingredients the menu said this particular pizza had 3 times and they still sounded lost. I hung up, but my wife called to reorder. She had more patience with them. They showed up and dropped off the food in a hurry. I had to send my wife to chase after him because they forgot part of our order. He acted like he knew it and said... read more
Great food, but the service is horrible. Between the wrong orders, missing sauces, and inconvenience it's almost a joke how bad it is. And it's not a one off; it's every single time! We won't be back- ever.
