Slow service. Wound not recommend this place

I'm sorry that you experienced slow service, which is not our goal, but an unfortunate reality since it's become so difficult to hire employees. This is an industry-wide, nationwide issue. We hope that things change when the unemployment premiums end, and that you'll give us another try.
$40 got us someone elses pizzas not ours that were nasty, comsodering theirnwas employee hair baked into the crust i got to floss my teeth with. threw away after one slice each. still we both were nautious all night. Called to speak with them, they were very understanding. Called back to turn down the free replacement, which woodstock was kind enough to offer. place has gone down hill in the last decade. honest review from a sad local.

We ordered pizza and wings, the crust on the bottom was soggy, and the wings were cold.. The service was worse..
No help trying to order pizza. 15 minutes in line of only 4. Worst service I have ever had at Woodstock’s. They have tons making pizza but lucky to have one person on register. How crazy that you can get your pizza fast but have to wait forever to order and pay when only 3 people in line! I used to like Woodstock!

We were guest eating at the restaurant along with our residents who are developmentally challenged and the employees said “they are weird as f...!!” I spoke with the manager to inform him of the lack of sensitivity his staff showed! I also suggested they do a cross training on cultural and sensitivity awareness!
