I’m a bit late posting this review seeing we moved in days before Christmas, but Tamarah and her assistant were VERY helpful with the application & moving process! They went over everything with us to make sure we understood what was expected of us as residents and what we could expect from them! Also, with moving in during the busiest time of the year, the neighborhood was — and still is — very quiet. The rent is wayyyyy more affordable than other places we looked at and the home is in great condition! I’m happy we’re here!
I have lived here on this property for 3 years and it has not always been the best but I will definitely say I have seen a complete turn around in the employees. The current staff is amazing. I definitely stayed because of them. The new office manager is a sweetheart. Her name is Tam ! She engages with her tenants and loves the kids in the community. I love it. I have been here a year and ever since Ms. Tamarah has taken over things have done a complete 180. I love the staff Sam, Lawrence, and the whole maintenance crew. They’re always so friendly and professional. They definitely make the experience here enjoyable!
I haven’t leased at this property yet but I did make an inquiry call last week for my upcoming move and spoke with the nicest manager! She was so welcoming and kind and knowledgeable! Definitely made me consider it even more.
I’m so happy I chose Woodward Estates as my new home. Ms. Tammy and Ms. Sam have been excellent ❤️ very welcoming and Always there when I need something❤️ God Bless these two young ladies 🙏🏼🙏🏼
