I had an issue with my faucet at my bishop hill apartment. Julian came very quickly and replaced the whole thing within minutes. I’m very happy with him and his partner Jesse. Thank you
Maintenance is always really helpful. They respond pretty quickly to any issue I’ve had. Especially the more important ones. John and Mike worked on my fridge and were very thorough. There is another maintenance worker whose name I can’t remember but he’s very friendly and always working hard.
Julian and Michael came and replaced my whole shower faucet at bishop hill apartments. They were fast and respectful the time they were here. The work is beautiful and I am very happy😁
I have very mixed feelings about the property I’ve resided in for 2 years. The rent is high but comparable to other rentals. My apartment itself is adorable and was move in ready with fresh paint, new carpets, new appliances. The areas I have a problem with are, rodents & bugs. BUT whenever I submit a maintenance request Gary responds immediately and stays/lays traps for specific problem. Very responsive!! If I could give a 10 I would. She helped me along the whole process with no problem. Elise has been the absolute BEST! Easily the easiest move in process and the unit is perfect for me.
