Very good experience! Assistants especially kind and caring.
Dry well explained prior to actual procedure. Procedure was quick and painless. I am now in the fourth since my visit and everything is proceeding well without any problems.
Office staff friendly and kind. Surgery went well. Recovery is going well. Dr. Gayed is competent, but unfriendly and seems unconcerned with making patients feel valued or comfortable.
I was stressed and having some anxiety about my oral health issue. But I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly with Dr. Mark with a referral from my dentist. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The staff are very professional and kind. The issue I’m having is a serious one but I feel like I’m in very competent and capable hands with Dr. Mark.

Dr and nurse were great. The teeth came out easily and quickly.Thank you so much for my care. The Dr was very good at what he does and the helper exp!ained everything. The problem was getting scheduled. I originally met the Dr at the end of January and wasn't given an appointment until the end of may. I had to call several times and felt excuses were just given. I understand they were going through some changes,but send a text or letter explaining the circumstances. Thank you
Dr Mark was fantastic. Pros pro! I had minimal pain that was to be expected. Great overall experience. Definitely recommend. The nurse assistants were fantastic and Abby followed up to see how I was after the procedure. Thank Wooster Oral surgery! Chadd
