Place really went downhill. I used to see Patricia and she was amazing but she left the practice. Saw Seth Kates today and it was easily one of the worst medical appointments I’ve ever had. Horrible bedside manner. He didn’t even review my patient forms (so why bother fill them out?). He literally tilted my face up and looked at the issue for a second. Then he told me what he thought it was and expected me to believe him just like that when again he looked at me for literally one second, not even close up. He then asked me w... read more

I have many keloids on my shoulders, and am given no choice because steroid injections were the only option, or "go home" was told to me coldly. No local anesthetic was given to me prior to the shots, I am now undergoing agonizing pain after my visit, and I am unfortunately going back to treat my keloids, however, my recent visit was handled poorly and was clearly rushed due to the lady having a student shadow her. Even when I was bleeding from the keloid she doesn't even offer a bandage but said the shirt will do fine. Poor... read more

My husband recently brought our daughter to Worcester Dermatology after a referral from her pediatrician for an unidentifiable rash. He was very unhappy with Dr. Seth Kates. He found him to be very dismissive of all concerns, and not personable. The doctor was argumentative with my husband when my husband said the pediatrician prescribed an antibiotic - insisting that “no, the pediatrician definitely prescribed an antifungal.” My husband texted me to ask the name of the antibiotic since he had forgotten, and when he told Dr.... read more

Billed my insurance for a 3 minute follow up appointment...I wrote them a letter explaining that I wasn’t paying the bill and as a manager of a dental office we would never charge a patient for a 3 minute follow up. I received a phone call saying “ we can’t adjust off a deductible and you’re going to have to pay it”. My appointment should have never been billed is my point. I understand doctors time is valuable but being billed for a 3 minute follow up appointment is unacceptable, Clearly very unprofessional and needless to ... read more

I never have a problem with the doctors at this office in Worcester they are always helpful and consistent but the secretary at the front desk seem like they don’t want to be bothered when checking in and out of this office . If the front desk had a better attitude and a better way of helping people it would be a better place .

This place is a factory where numbers count and patients do not matter.I took my mother there and then she tried to call and seek a follow up appointment and they would never return the call. My mother left message after message for the P.A> Christine Hulbert but they are too busy with seeing hundreds of other patients to bother calling back my poor mother. I called the Worcester office and I could not got through. The main problem is that they do not have a human answer the phone; it all goes to voice mail and then they nev... read more

Had seven months of treatments and I was still in agony. Went to another doctor and found relief within 24 hours with new prescription. Kathleen Rose does not care about the people she treats and has no compassion for their ailments. She comes across as just trying to impress people that she thinks she knows what she's doing, but in reality she's no help at all .

Kathleen Rose - Lack of communication, doesn't listen to patient, lack of empathy, cookie cutter approach to medicine, doesn't know what she is actually prescribing to patients (said she never prescribed medication when I had bottle in hand with her name on it), aggravated preexisting condition through her failure to effectively communicate. Buyer Beware!
