Had a horrible experience with this company. My wife who is 6 months pregnant was happy at the beginning of the process as the pet travel agents seemed knowledgeable enough and told her repeatedly they would take care of everything including the vet appointment, the right cage to supply, the customs process, etc. We are experienced with moving pets from the US to Europe as I've been relocated several times. This person is not a client of World Pet Travel, nor have they ever been. Our credit card system does not allow anyone other than the card holder to charge additional funds. It is set up that way to protect our clients from fraud as well as our company. World Pet Travel is in compliance with the GDPR and CCPA Compliance laws to provide data protection and compliance for everyone.
Lack of Communication - Tossed Between Client Manager After Client Manager - Had to contact them several times to set up goal dates and get information. The only time they were consistent with contacting me was for payment. Please read other reviews this company is not worth the time or effort.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed and frustrated by the service we received. We hoped that hiring a pet relocation agency would alleviate stress during our move to Europe but WPT only caused more. 1. I was told by Shauna that an agent would meet us at the airport when our dogs arrived in Estonia. After I paid our deposit, I was informed that that was incorrect. 2. I contacted them to give an estimate to ship my dogs to Costa Rica. They gave me an estimate but wouldn’t give me any flight information until I accepted the estimate and paid a deposit. I specifically said when I requested the estimate that I wanted to be able to be on the same flight as my dogs. I paid a partial deposit and then was told the chances of being on the same flight as my dogs would be slim and my dogs would probably be better if I was not with them. I am so so grateful that World Pet Travel ended up having my girl Cali arrive safely - but, it was a very stressful time for me. Sadly, it took quite a bit of work on my part. Seems like each time I called someone had been let go, emails would go un-responded too, etc. My dog Cali did arrive safely.
