I had some bad experiences at a couple other offices and he took his time he went over everything with me he explained things and we got me into a pair of glasses that worked well but not 100% what I needed so they got it taken care of and got me what I needed. I will 100% be back again. pricing I was worried about because it's a private practice and sometimes they're a little more expensive but they were actually less expensive than some of the chains.
