Excellent coordination prior to maintenance appointment. Reception at service entry point fast and efficient even though it was my first visit and I bought my 2021 Ascent used. Tracking the process by phone was entirely new to me but worked great. I also had a good experience at the parts desk purchasing floor mats, and although not in stock they ordered and will ship in a couple days at a reasonable shipping cost. Well done by all.

I was driving home to Omaha from Florida when my brake light lit up on my dash. The next exit was WJS dealership so I stopped and pulled into their service bay. The folks there were great, helpful, put my car on the lift and discovered the issue and said I was safe to continue on with my trip. I’m forever grateful for their kindness, support & understanding to get me back on the road safely! I left them newly purchased cookies and roasted pecans from Buc-ees. Thank you all!
