My service advisor Carlie was most professional, and she listened to my concerns and got it all down right. Answered my questions and when I came back to pick up my car she went over what I asked for and even gave me a list of suggestions for future services. The car was fixed, and the heater works fine. I met Ami when stopping to look at grand highlanders to move up from my Rav4. She stayed on top of my wish list for months! She was great to work with! I recommend Ami for all of your vehicle needs!
I rate the dealership 4 stars instead of 5 because of their shady service practices. They commonly tell you that thousands of unnecessary maintenance are due when pulling in for service, even before they look at your vehicle. The buying process with Jesus Bracino was pleasant. We did not have to negotiate back and forth all day which was nice. I give him as a sales rep five stars.
