Great service team, they usually finish quickly and answer all of my questions about features or the service plan. I appreciate the service reminders and customer service during appointment calls and Toyota Care.
Absolutely love the way my concerns are addressed. I had a recall and making an appointment during business hours was hard for me to plan out. My original salesman was able to make the appointment for me and assure me my vehicle would be dropped back off due to me working nights..
Devin was friendly and informative. The maintenance was completed fairly quickly. The lady that greets you at the maintenance door was very friendly and made sure we were checked in.
When inquiring about the vehicle, they took the time to go out and take a quick video. Pretty efficient once I wrote the check. Topped it off with gas too.
