I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Toyota Camry SE with 20,000 miles less than 6 months ago. Shorty after the purchase I began having issues with my Apple CarPlay and radio display. I contacted Wyatt Johnson Service Center over 5 times regarding the issues. They reported no known recalls or of any other customers with this problem, therefore it would not be covered by the warranty. I purchased the vehicle at this dealership back in February when I lived near Clarksville and I knew that I could technically go to any other dealership to continue my maintenances or other things I needed, especially since I just recently moved to Gallatin. Personally though, I think the drive is worth coming all the way here to continue my services. Malik especially, he makes sure I’m set each and every time I’m in. Appreciate you!

Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and provided excellent service. He advised me of the progress and suggested service items the mechanic had noticed. He also got me out within the two hour time frame I had requested. I have always been satisfied with the courteous and knowledgeable service provided b;y Wyatt-Johnson Toyota.

I had a great experience at the Toyota Service Department recently and the customer service I received was outstanding. Marcus Jackson was my service representative and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and detailed in explaining what needed to be done to get my vehicle road worthy. I appreciate his response times and how he kept me up to date concerning my service. I highly recommend this service department for your repair needs.

This is the best experience I have had at an auto dealer before. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by a friendly woman who checked me in, and then the next person I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. He told me it would take 1.5 hours to complete my oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and recall replacement. I was in and out of there in less that an hour. This place is outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough! They were also very helpful when scheduling my appointment!
