It's really simple. They have invested in every different type of equipment so what ever you need to do it's there. Their PT's truly know what they're doing and make effort to understand your goal. The fees are super competitive. The members are all polite and helpful. It's a positive environment. It's a no brainer.

Best gym as far as 24/7’s go. If I was being critical I’d suggest getting a few of the plates sorted as some are damaged (chipped) the numbers on the cable machines are worn off so you can’t see what the weight is (unless you can count plates) and if I go around 5-6 am the staff turn the volume of the music up to full as soon as they get in which throws you off when you can’t hear your own headphones over the music. Team are great (friendly staff), great mix between people that take fitness astetics seriously and people are striving for their individual goals with weight loss or stacking on size. 24/7 gym, free classes if you sign up and steam room during working hours. 🤙🏽💪🏽👍🏽🏋🏽
