I do not recommend this car wash. Car was not totally clean and to me the belt seemed out of control causing me to bump car ahead. When I complained I was told I had taken my foot off of brake but I was not aware that you have to hold your foot on the brake in an auto car wash. Then I was told that I did not have my car in neutral. So, now my bumper is damaged with no recourse to prove otherwise.
I am not sure what happened today, but we went through the wash most of the way and when we reached the drying part it was like the equipment was failing. It kept jerking the car like the drive belt wasn’t working correctly and there wheels were spinning but not able to roll forward. There was a lot of shifting and banging parts as it continued to jerk the car. The worker looked distressed and continued to start and stop the equipment several times.
