I love this carwash! It is so clean, efficient and easy to use. I also love having it so close to my house and know we will go there often.

I have broken real wipe during be the machine three month ago but I did not receive any contact so far. Your company customer service is worst.
Overall well. Having an attendant as you enter the wash is helpful. Often there is not one there to guide you, and a car may be in front of you. Hard to know how much time/space to allow in between cars

Overall very good experience. Things that could improve: - occasionally detergent (or something else ... not sure what) is not fully rinsed leaving light greyish spots on the car and requiring a repeated wash. - would be nice to get once a month or so freebie in a form of a single Platinum wash - it would make for a fairer pricing to have some discount for subscribing multiple cars from the same household

I only wish it dried the car better
It's a good wash. The only issue I have is it doesnt get the back of an SUV clean and the blower doesnt get all the water off.
I am very satisfied with the service you provide. I appreciate getting my car washed More than once a month for the price I pay . Thank you
