In my experience in working in the medical field I have seen a lot of clinics, urgent cares, ER's and hospitals not be kind or care too much about the patients. Xpress Wellness cares about their patients and remember them from times before. The PA (I can't remember her name but would love to be reminded) was great along with the nurses and front desk staff. Everyone was super nice and we will go there anytime we need medical attention
This Urgent Care was really awesome! I went to an Urgent care 2 days before for my daughter and they just sent us home with congestion medicine. She had a fever for days and I took her to Xpress at 7pm and they close at 8pm. They took very good care of her and took the proper test that was needed to find out why she was running a fever. They never rushed us bc they were closing n an hour. The staff was very quick and didn't have us sitting n the room forever like some Urgent cares n town do. The Doctor was very nice. Had my 9 yrs old grandson in there he required sutures they did an awesome job and the nurse was awesome keeping him occupied while the doctor did the procedure. Thank u I'll definitely go back if needed.
My son cut his head and is terrified of blood, bandaids and stiches(which he has never had). The staff was terrific with him. Especially Keri! She was able to immediately calm him down and ended up having to help me when he got his staples. The doctor/PA, was so kind and patient with him and so gentle. He didn't even cry during the actual procedure! I'm thankful to have them in Sapulpa!!
The care is great, love the providers, but not sure why there is online check-in when it does absolutely nothing. Makes it seem like when you show up at the specified time, you will get right in, but actually walk-ins take precedence.
I have been here twice. Both times the staff was very professional and helped get me on the road to feeling better.
