I've been to xpress wellness a few times, and they are quick to get you in, are caring, and prompt. Thank you for taking care of me each time I go there.
I was VERY impressed with everyone at the clinic! My son had a stomach virus and not only did the front desk staff make sure he didn't have to wait in the lobby long, as soon as we got there, there was a nurse who immediately came out and held the door open for us and got us back immediately. Once in the back, everything moved very quickly, yet they were very thorough. I had MULTIPLE people checking in on my son (he was dehydrated). I visited today because I thought I had a sinus infection. I used the online check in and was called back very quickly and I didn't have a long wait when I arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Another wonderful experience, we left with our questions answered! Dr. Hart and staff this evening were awesome!!!
Once I got past front window, (insurance issues, no one's fault) I was seen by nurse & doctor and out in 20 minutes. They were very friendly, caring and professional. I really appreciated that they actually listented. I get bronchitis every year so I know what meds work on me. When I told the doctor, he gave me exactly what I asked for. (FYI, my drugs of choice are antibiotics and steroids, NOT narcotics. ) I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.
