Took my oldest son here this week, such a clean office, we were seen quickly despite not making an appointment, and got everything we need to get him back to normal! Will never use anywhere else
I’ve worked in the medical field for over 35 years and I have to say this location is extremely clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating. We did not want to sit in the lobby because it was so full and with all of the flus and colds going around it might have been a very long wait. They allowed us to go home and call us when they were ready. We got back and the practitioner was very thorough and very considerate of cost. Very thankful for the ladies at Xpress. Had to take my infant son in and everyone was attentive and kind. You gotta know they are beyond busy right now with everyone being sick lately. From the lady checking us in, the nurse checking his vitals and even the NP that cared for us at the end of our visit, each treated us with care. This is not the first time. I've visited a few times over the last year and the care is always consistent.
I had requested an appointment for pretty "late" in the evening, got one for 6 P.M. Arrived, checked in at the desk, basically seat down and my name was called, was seen by a wonderful staff, told me each and every step before, during and after I was seen. Very fast, friendly service. Even "late" in the evening was very pleased with the nurse & Dr. very professional.
Even though I had to wait long, I was pleased with the friendly staff and how they treated me as a patient, very caring and very professional and very helpful. The place is very clean.
The staff is helpful & friendly. Robert listens to you and then explains what medications he is going to prescribe to get us feeling better. You can always count on this group for quality care and well being.
The online check in process makes last minute appointments a breeze without having to wait for hours in the lobby. The staff is always friendly and professional.
