Went with sinus problems. They don’t listen to you!! Been running a fever for two days obvious infection, fluid on my ear and I told them what my treatment usually is(been dealing with these allergy problems for years). My regular doctor gives me a steroid shot and antibiotics and I’m better in a couple days. The doctor there said that since I declined the Covid and flu test that she couldn’t prescribe any meds. my wife went to this clinic because her PCP was booked up and she was in so much pain which she is still being treated for. Xpress wellness told her they were not equipped to treat her or do xray's ( it shows on there site they do x ray's. No treatment at all just told her to see her PCP. Then billed her for doing nothing. Last time either of us will use this medical service.

Our initial visit was good explained my concerns which wasn’t documented. Made an agreement on giving medications to my child. Again not documented. The supposed nurse practitioner then prescribes meds for my child to another party without verification of that party. My child was overdosed on medications due to their negligence.
Like all doctors offices they can’t keep a schedule. Apparently only their time is important
my phone did not allow me to register online and because I sat there struggling with it, everyone who came in after me was seen first because it is NOT a first come first serve it is a first to finish the registration seen first!! I got bumped down by people who kept showing up way later based on my inability to complete forms on my phone. had to still get to work on time and all they did was yell at me when I questioned their system!!!
