There is a new Xpress Wellness Urgent Care in Catoosa where I visited this week. There is no entry on yelp for it. This place does not have an MD on duty - instead you get a PA or Nurse Practitioner. When my 80yr old mother was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection the NP did not give her an antibiotic. Sent her home with cough syrup. Took her to her regular 4 days later when she was still no better. He said she should have been given an antibiotic. 3 days after visiting him my mom was well again. I went this wk an... read more

I wouldn't give this the 1 star if they had a '0' box. Took my grandson in last Friday for a sports physical. Filled out paperwork. Had to fill it out on both paper and thru a text on my phone. After getting that finished, it was one of the longest forms I've ever had to fill out- anywhere-. Was told I would receive a text for some more BS. The text I THOUGHT would come to me never did. No one was friendly. I went in for sinus/allergy issues and they forced me to get tested for Cov**... TWICE, instead of prescribing me something for my allergies. The first one "came back wrong because of their machine", so they could claim that the second one was +. So instead of focusing on my allergies they prescribed me two things for issues I wasn't struggling with. Shouldn't have let them test me, but I figured they'd at least have honesty. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is that you can check-in online. That's about it. The wait is horrendous! It's like waiting at the ER! We waited over an hour for a nurse to even come in and take vitals. It's been over an hour and a half and no doctor yet. There were barely any cars in the parking lot, so it didn't even look very busy! We got right into a room but then nothing! Well, they were quick to collect payment!
