PARENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS BEWARE My sister took my niece in yesterday. My niece has had multiple surgeries and sees multiple specialists for her GI tract issues. When we went in the dr flat out told my sister she smells like shit and asked her if she ever bathed or if she ever bathed her child. He wouldn’t even stay in the room with her. I would never use this place again, and I highly suggest anyone else take my advice … apparently when you signed her forms to get seen you’re giving them authorization to keep your card number on file and run it anytime they see fit without warning notice a bill or anything surprise $90 taken out of your account!!!!! And I’ve known other people that this is happened to and I’ve been seeing in reviews do not go here
Horrible wait times! Drug tests take precedence over all else....Been in my room over 40 minutes now and still haven't seen a doctor. RUN FAST THE OTHER WAY!! I will NEVER be back!!!
My family arrived at this location at 8pm exactly (the closing time was 8) with a 4yr old child actively choking. We were turned away by the MA stating “we’re closed, you’re going to have to take him to an ER!”. The closest ER is over 15min away! There were Medical staff members still in the building and they refused to even look at him. They heard me telling the staff that “he’s choking, and are you serious?” He was actively choking!!
