everything went very smoothly at first with scheduling online to being called back promptly. but then I was sent to a restroom for a urine sample that had no toilet paper, no soap and no trashcan. obviously the nurse was aware because the trash was right outside the restroom. I was told it was all out because of drug screenings they had. then I was given one antibiotic, and they were waiting on my labs. Unless you are willing to risk your life by not getting care, don’t waste your time going here for anything URGENT! We scheduled my daughter an appointment online at 1:30, arrived on time and waited over an hour while 5 others arriving after us went in front of her. Last time I checked, your job was to triage patients by their symptoms in order to make sure they were ok to sit in a waiting room with chest pain and wait for hours. The whole “save time, check in online” is crap. I tried to do that right when they open and it says they are full. So I drive 15 min out of my way with my sick child for them to tell me 1.5-2 hour wait or I can come back at 7pm. And a couple of little girls at the desk are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen. Luckily 1 was helpful and actually doing her job.

this is the last place other than grady mem I will go. Beware - if your insurance doesn’t pay in full, they will send you a bill & then turn around & debit your bank account with the debit card they require you to put on file to even be seen.
The Dr. we seen didn't listen to my concerns or the fact that I know my child and what happens with him when he gets sick. we are about to be in a major snow storm and I knew he had some kind of infection starting. she didn't even come back in the room after he tested - for flu/covid. she sent in the nurse to tell me she would send over the Albuterol and cough syrup and to send us out. needless to say I woke up this morning with a child running 101 fever. luckily integris where pediatrician is located has an on call center s... read more
We waited well over an hour and a half in the parking lot for a covid test ... why on earth would it take anyone that long for someone to come out and take a 30 second test?!?!?
3 weeks ago I brought my son in for sore throat, fever, coughing. When I got there I was charged $75.00 with insurance( I should of left then). We waited for 35 plus minutes to see the doctor. They ran a flu and strep test which both ended up being negative after 15 mins...so the diagnosis was virus and it will run its course. She prescribed a nose spray.
