I’ve never been this person but I am furious with how my daughter and I were just treated. First, I had questions about my insurance which seemed to put out both of the female workers. So i called my mom to ask, she’s in the medical field & would know! Then, 45 minutes later, as bella is crying & nothing is calming her.. I go to ask if the doctor is in because if not, I was going to run home & get her a pancake I had already made. We had a appt at 1:15 still set there til 2:30 and that place is a joke 😂 I could of done what they did at home lol. That was our 1st time there and will be our last!
Waited way too long with an appointment. I think the words urgent care are misleading. I was diagnosed with "contact with and (suspected) exposure to Covid 19" which I was tested for and the test was negative. I was bullied into taking the test for that and the flu. the assistant jammed the swab up my nose very roughly causing it to bleed. I will not be back. Just terrible service.
