Xpress wellness caused Diagnostic Laboratories of Oklahoma to send me bills for tests that were not authorized for $515. I just went in with a UTI and was tested on site. It was a no brainer. They said they would get DLO to quit sending bills to me, but did not. The bill went to collections. A company called Quest Diagnostics sent me a letter saying one of their collectors had a breach and might have given my personal information away.

I went in for sore throat, the nurse practitioner barely looked at me then didn’t even tell me my results of my strep test. They just gave me papers and said hope you feel better. Worse visit ever! I have never had to ask for results or what they even thought I had. Will never go here again!

This is the worst place. They gave me medication at 8 when they closed at night. It made me very nauseous and I had to be at work at 3am. They would not write me a note for work they said unless I paid again for the next day. I will never come back to this place and nobody should come here. It’s all about money and wasting your time.
I sat for about an hour and a half with a unbearable toothache just for them to tell me they can't do anything for me.
