Husband had appt at 3:30 arrived as advised at 3:20. completed paperwork via phone they then said they didn't get it so he was giving paper paperwork. Other patients came in after him and were taken back while he still waited. we had called regarding getting this appt the day before husband called to verify appt while in route.
